This is how it’s done, son!

Madeleine is amazing. It’s not just the weight, inches and body fat she has lost over two TDCs, it’s the fact that she stayed on track BETWEEN them. That’s called “LifeStyle,” people.

And that’s what it’s all about.

It’s not just about losing a bunch of weight in a month, it’s about keeping it off and continuing to lose even MORE (if that’s your goal). And that is what Madeleine has done.

She had done an incredible job of adopting new behaviors and looks amazing! So far, she’s lost:

  • 27 pounds

  • 11.4% body fat

  • A WHOPPING 16.5 INCHES!
