WHAT IS THE BALANCED HABITS 28 DAY KICK START?

The KICK START (formerly called the TakeDown Challenge) is an exclusive 28 Day Nutrition and Weight Loss Challenge that can help you transform your body in less than a month! Arena Fitness is the only training center in the Valley to offer the 28 Day Kick Start.

Request information using the form in the sidebar to the right and we’ll let you know when the next challenge begins, whether we have available openings, and all the other details you might want. This place changed my life! I lost 70 pounds based on a program of training with Arena Fitness 6 days a week and signing up to join the SHRED. I been a member for almost 2 years and haven’t missed a more than a week worth of training there. The classes are small and very challenging. I would recommend the Northridge location, as it is very open, with friendly people. I have met some of my greatest friends through Arena and spend over night weekends on Spartan Races and Mudders.
