The Spartan Sprint is just around the corner, folks. I hope you have been doing your running because if you haven’t, you’re going to be in a world of pain. But no worries – it’s never too late to start training! With 15+ obstacles and the possibilities of having to do 30 Burpees every time you fail an obstacle (yes, folks: they will make you do 30 Burpees every time you DO NOT complete an obstacle), you are going to have to prepare big before the big day, so let’s get to training hard this week.arena fitness, workout, workout of the week

Spartan Hill Training Workout

Find a steep hill about 200 yards long or so, it should take you anywhere from 30-60 seconds to run up to the top. At the top of every hill do 30 Burpees and run back down and repeat. Your goal is to complete 10 Hill Repeats and 300 Burpees! Go SPARTAN WARRIOR! TRAIN HARD AND TRAIN SMART, the big day is almost here!

 

Always remember to cool down your workout with 5-10 Minutes of stretching. See you on Race Day, guys!
