Cardio, Cardio, Cardio!

 

It’s Warrior Dash time guys, so if you have been Personal Training or coming to Group Training then you better get running! Here’s a good one to do at home. All you need is a treadmill or your local track to help you do it.


800m Run

20 Burpees

 

…for 30 minutes straight!!! Set the clock and go! Post how many rounds you do for this one. I want to hear from you guys! Go run and train hard!!!
