It turns out, I’ve actually enjoyed having trainers know me by name. If you have a consistent class schedule, you’ll also learn the names of several of the Arena members so it feels like you’re part of a community and not just lugging yourself to the gym. Arena Fitness also does several “adventure” races throughout the year, such as Spartan or Tough Mudder mud runs.
