Just in time for the 4th of July!

My favorite day of the summer, July 4th, is right around the corner. I’ve always loved the 4th, ever since I was a kid growing up in Claremont, California. The 4th of July is Claremont is an EVENT, complete with a parade, booths and games in Memorial Park, barbecues, parties, swimming pools. The perfect, small-town, festival environment.

But it’s a day of overindulgence! So, we want to arm you against going TOO far off track with your nutrition program. This delicious parfait recipe is from our 28 Day KICK START, which we do 3 times per year (the next one is in September). People often think of it as a 28 day weight loss challenge, but we think of it as 28 days of coaching you on how to improve your nutrition habits in a long-term and sustainable way!

In any event, I hope you enjoy this dessert! Note that, when assembled, it is a festive and patriotic red, white and blue!
