Everyone love core training, right?
Well, even if that’s not true, there’s great value in core training. You can have rock-solid limbs, but if the trunk of the tree is weak, the tree will fall! There are a lot of great ways to implement core training, but if you’re doing it on your own you’re going to want to keep it very, very simple, but very, very effective.
Pilates is known for great core conditioning, so is yoga. But you can plop right down and do solid core training anytime without the need for any equipment.
Don’t ignore your core! Try this simple (but not easy) core training challenge a few times per week for overall body strength.
