You don’t have to work out at the gym to get in shape!

But you do need good workouts to do, designed by expert personal trainers. Here’s a great mobility and conditioning circuit by our buddy, Noam Tamir. Noam is the owner of TS Fitness, a studio that offers group training and personal training in New York City.

It’s really hard to be your own personal trainer.

Chances are you aren’t in the fitness industry, that you aren’t a personal trainer. It’s really difficult, if you haven’t spent years of your life studying mobility and exercise science, to design a useful and progressing routine.

Also, you undoubtedly focus most of your mental energy on the critical and pressing issues of your life; work, family, etc..

Do you really want to assume the additional mental burden of being your own fitness programmer, your own personal trainer?

Probably not.

Guys like Noam have spent years developing the knowledge necessary to become an expert fitness trainer. Let him (and other trainers) do the program design and allow yourself to just trust and follow along.
