Female: 15lbs. pair

10 Reps Dumbbell Bench Press

10 Reps?Dumbbell Squats

10 Reps?Dumbbell Push Ups

10 Reps?Dumbbell Squat to Press

10 Reps?Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

10 Reps?Dumbbell Lunges

3 Minute Run (7.0 or higher)

 

Don’t let go of the dumbbells to the end of the round. Do not run with your dumbbells! Have fun and workout safe but hard!
