Stacey's New Year Shred is about to begin!

This individual Shred (no teams this time, folks!) will start on January 14th, 2013 and last through February 25th, 2013. The entry price is $50, but you get 50% off if you kept the weight off from the last Shred!

Stacey will be holding a mandatory meeting on January 12th at 11 AM at our Encino location for all Shredders where she will go over MyFitnessPal, the rules and regulations, and conduct intial weigh-ins. If you can't make it, let us know, and Stacey will arrange to meet with you individually!
You must work out twice a week at Arena Fitness and use MyFitnessPal every day to be eligible for the prizes. Northridge and Encino clients are eligible for participation.
