Our personal training, semi private training and group training programs are designed to train people to be "everyday athletes," whether they play a sport or participate in any competition or not. Why not take that training and put it into action by jumping walls, slogging through mud and running side-by-side with Arena Fitness teammates through the hills? Besides being competitive, challenging and fun, it fosters an enormous amount of camaraderie and team spirit inside the gym; a spirit in which people encourage and support each other to train hard and challenge themselves.
This is a life-changing experience.
Besides the training that we do inside of Arena Fitness, we sometimes do trail runs/hikes at Fryman Canyon, Caballero Canyon Trail and other local mountain trailheads.
