We only refer to it as “Boot Camp” because that’s the term most people are familiar with with regard to an early morning fitness program. But our “Boot Camp” is more of a “Training Camp.” In fact, it’s a combination of our Spartan Training class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and our Total Body Training class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These group training classes are designed for maximum conditioning: To make you lean, fast and strong!
PLUS, you’re not limited to these interval training group exercise classes only. When you pay for a $159 Boot Camp pass, you can take ANY of our classes (maximum of one class per day).
