That doesn’t make sense. We are all similar but different; similar enough to require the same kinds of micro/macronutrients, but different enough to require them in different amounts! If you want a specific result you need to take a specific approach; specific, in this case, to your individual goals, lifestyle and metabolism. You need precise portions calculated by a professional, a general approach won’t do.
  3. Proper meal spacing – the current belief is that you should eat several meals throughout the course of the day and provide your body with regular doses of nutrition every couple of hours. is this the best approach for burning body fat? Would it surprise you to find that the answer is “no?” There is a better way to space your meals to produce better fat burning on a daily basis.

Forget the word “diet.”
