    one of 30 or 40? Our group interval training classes are small so that we can concentrate on helping each person in our program reach their maximum potential. It's more like small group personal training than traditional group fitness.
  • Wouldn't it be nice to not have to sign up for a year or pay a whole bunch of money up front? Our programs are affordable and flexible, and we believe in earning your business, not forcing it.
