Lost over 22 pounds in 28 days!

Lloyd Segan is no stranger to success. He is a very successful business owner, has an amazing family, is an accomplished Adventure Race participant and all-around great guy.

Lloyd trains hard and he trains consistently. His program consists of personal training, group fitness classes and is always up to joining us in an Obstacle Course Race. He crushed it during the #takedownchallenge and lost over 22 pounds in 28 days, even though part of that time took him out of town on business! We salute you, Lloyd.

Lost nearly 23 pounds. Three inches on the waist.”

What did you learn about your nutrition habits?
“That I can eat a whole lot less and still feel great. Portion control….”

“That keeping to this routine is not difficult.”

“How well I can eat with a little planning ahead.”

“Yes!!!  But they have to be motivated to keep with the program.”
