It’s Race Week at Arena Fitness!!!

It’s coming down to the wire so make sure you get some running in this week. Keep everything nice and fresh this week. Taper off your workouts on Thursday/Friday this week

Saturday: take a light jog just to break a sweat, but nothing too major.

If you have been running and experiencing any knee or back pain, try this Ankle Mobility exercise by Mike Boyle. If your ankle has any restrictions, your knee will make up the difference and alter your gait resulting in irritation and/or pain.
