Workout Challenge!!!

This week’s challenge will be to run 3 consecutive miles by the end of the week! Start off with a 1 mile run today and increase your distance by .5 or half a mile every time you step on to the treadmill. By no time you’ll be up there running 5k’s with the Arena Fitness Adventure Race Team!!! Don’t doubt yourself and set small achievable goals. When’s the last time you have done something for the first time in your life?
