Here’s a workout you can do with any family member this week. During the holidays, it’s always hard to get away from family to get your workout in, so with this workout you don’t have to miss out on quality time with your family, just bring them along with you! Nothing like great memories with family then spending some quality time with them outdoors enjoying a little scenery and muscle burning workout. Get them out of bed and hit a local park or hiking trail.

10 Minutes of your favorite stretches
