Run your Butt Off
Start your run off with this set and repeat the set after every mile of the 3 mile run that is completed. You should run through this sequence a minimum of 3 times. Here is the workout!
20 Squats
20 Lunges
20 Split Jumps/Jumping Lunges
20 Squat Jumps
Run a mile.
Repeat three times.
Try to keep an 8-10 minute mile while you run. This workout will combine a great aerobic workout with strength making it an hour of power that your butt won’t forget! Use your favorite running app on your phone for this workout and track your progress. Cool down with 10 minutes of your favorite stretches and remember to always train hard but always train smart!
