What did you learn about your nutrition habits and what did you learn about yourself?
“I learned a NEW and HEALTHY eating lifestyle, I didn’t think it was possible for me to change my eating habits just due to be amount of work a day but I kept focus and challenge myself to do it! I see a whole new light in what I consume than before I started, I always ate what I wanted and the portion size didn’t matter. I didn’t realize how much mental strength I had to tell my body no or when to eat. I learned that I CAN DO IT. After the challenge I didn’t want to eat the bad foods. I actually cared about my body and health, and I trained it to like the good stuff.  
 I was most surprised about how much weight I had lost in just changing my eating habits! I was like wow this really works!”
Would you recommend the TakeDown Challenge to someone else?
“YES, I would recommend this. I am a 100% firm believer in this program, no matter what your life style. It will work! You will challenge yourself mentally and realize that your health matters. Once you’re done you will NOT want to ruin all that you’ve accomplished…I feel great, better than I have ever and I want to continue feeling like this. All the cravings or bad eating eating habits went out the door at the end of the 28days. It’s so funny how our body and mind works when you train it to! And to be honest in the beginning of the challenge I told myself ‘what did I get myself into?’ I was craving every bad food you could think of (pizza, burgers, beer), I couldn’t wait til day 28 to stuff myself. Well, the day came, and I was so shocked at how far I came along and how much weight I lost and how GREAT/ HEALTHY I felt that I didn’t go indulge myself, I actually wanted to keep eating healthy (my body started not to crave that stuff). So, if you want make a life-changing healthy lifestyle than I challenge you to try it!!!!!!!”
