If you want a great group exercise class without getting lost in the crowd, we have what you’re looking for. Our small classes (up to 15 people) are more like a large group personal training session than the usual jam-packed classes around town. And you don’t have to worry about long-term contracts or huge up-front fees. You can pay for classes one at a time, in packages of 10 or 20, or month-to-month. Kickboxing
Learn to kick and punch in combinations using heavy bags and focus mitts. This 45 minute class also integrates circuit training and calisthenics for an amazing head-to-toe workout.
Cardio Kick
Punch and kick your way into shape with this great aerobic kickboxing workout! This 45 minute choreographed class really tones your arms, core and legs while providing a fun and dynamic introduction to kickboxing basics. A perfect non-contact, non-impact, cardio-blast for members of all levels.
Balance/Core
Focus on flexibility, stabilization and core musculature with this deceivingly fun and challenging class that will leave you a sweaty mess!
