We specialize in semi-private training in a free-form exercise environment, with a team training approach. What does all of this mean?
- Semi-private training is when up to 4 people train together with one of our trainers. This approach creates a small-group dynamic, increases training diversity and significantly reduces the cost of personal training.
- Free-form exercise environment is a term that refers to the fact that, simply put, we don’t use fixed motion machines like most fitness centers. This provides for a much more body-friendly and dynamic training opportunity, and studies show that free-form training creates significantly greater strength and balance results.
- Team Training is a term that refers to our approach of encouraging our members to work with all of the trainers on our staff instead of sticking with just one. This approach has proven to be one of the most popular features of our training program because it provides the greatest opportunity for training diversity, constant challenge, greater results and less burnout.
