We are a semi-private training facility. We tried to come up with a better name than “semi-private,” but we fell short. “Small Group” sounded like therapy. “Group Training” sounded like a class. “Small Group Personal Training” just plain didn’t make sense, so we stuck with “Semi-Private Training.”
What is Semi-Private Training? It is when up to 4 people train together with one trainer. Shared training sessions like this have been growing in popularity over the last several years because it offers a multitude of advantages over one-on-one training.
- Semi-private training is combined with our
Team Training approach, in which our clients are encouraged to work with all of the trainers on our staff instead of sticking with just one.
- It is up to 40% more cost-effective than one-on-one private training.
- It opens up the training diversity to include dynamic partner drills and circuit style training.
- It offers a subtle social dynamic that makes the training experience more enjoyable.
- You don’t have to provide your own training partners, we’ll do that for you.
We’ve been offering Semi-Private Training since we opened in 2003 and our clients love it. If it is a new fitness experience for you, please feel free to submit a request for a free week of semi-private training so that you can try it out and see if it is for you.
Semi-Private Training at Arena Fitness in Encino is available from 6:30am to 11am and from 4:30pm to 8:30pm. Special time requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Personal Training (Private Training) on a one-on-one basis available upon request.
